Refund policy

At Aji Amarillo, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your Aji Amarillo Sauce, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns: You may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at bryce@ajipeppersauce.com. Include your order number and reason for the return in your message. Once your return request is received, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us immediately at bryce@ajipeppersauce.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for defective items.
